The géomobilité relie a data of lieu has a service concret

A coordonnée n’est utile that if it change a service : a déplacement, a tournée, the access has a lieu, a alerte on a territoire.

We traitons the géomobilité as a system, not as a carte décorative. The data of lieu between, a décision in sort.

The bon périmètre is souvent more petit that the carte qu’on imagine to the départ.
